They are are looking for a mad scientist who is able to understand how devices interact, create experiments to test the limits of their tech, and provide recommendations to their engineers to build a better product. Sound like you?

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain testing guidelines for BLE based hardware device verification
• Responsible for testing and qualifying Chipolo Firmware
• Identify and research innovative ways to test BLE
• Find, verify, and document bugs and defects
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of testing consumer electronics
• You have 2+ years experience of testing embedded software application / devices
• You enjoy being in the “lab” where you can play with soldering irons, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
• Programming and scripting skills
• You find fun in reading and understanding design specifications and schematics
• You have excellent troubleshooting skills
• Your analytic and problem solving skills are no match of others
• You have amazing communication skills
• You are very detail oriented
• You enjoy traveling locally and abroad because some traveling may be required
• Experience with Bluetooth Low technology (BLE)
• You have a degree in Engineering or related field
