Senior Back-end Engineer

Responsibilities:

• working on core services across the entire application platform and making sure that they work in a reliable and compliant manner
• problem analysis and optimization of the existing code ensuring long-term scalability of the platform
• upgrading existing tools and processes and implementing monitoring and metric tools
• cooperation with other departments within the company (Architecture, SysOps)
• identification and implementation of new solutions and technologies

Qualifications:

• at least three years of experience in developing and optimizing software solutions
• experience with software scalability challenges
• experience using Go or Python
• experience with Docker, AWS, MySQL, Memcached, Redis, Jenkins, Git
• understanding of algorithms, data structures and experience with best practices in the field of software development (automatic tests, code reviews, etc.)
• experience using cloud platforms
• ability to communicate effectively
• fluency in English
