2. What types of jobs can I find with Adittec and what kind of candidate profile are you looking for?

We specialise in technical job roles, engineers (areas of electro-technology, electronics, mechanical engineering, construction, telecommunications, etc.), information technology personnel (project managers, developers, programmers, system engineers, UX/UI experts, etc.), as well pharmaceutical and health care personnel (pharmacists, pharmaceutical technicians, doctors, medical personnel).

As we adapt to the HR needs of our clients, we sometimes also help our clients find candidates from other fields, such as management, consultancy, sales, etc.

3. Can I register even if I do not work in a technical field?

Of course. You can create an Adittec profile , even if you do not work in a technical field. Although we specialise in technical job roles, we sometimes also help our clients find other profiles, for example sales managers, consultants, managers, project manager, etc.

4. Can I work through Adittec as a contractor or freelancer?

You can. Here at Adittec, we also offer opportunities for contractors. When you create your personal profile you can indicate your interest in working as a freelancer. If your profile meets our needs for contractors, our consultants will contact you and inform you about any business opportunities. That is correct. Your privacy is important to us. Your personal data is carefully safeguarded and your current employer will not find out that you are joined our network, if you do not tell them yourselves. 7. I have created my profile. What now?

Now in just a few clicks you can apply for any job posted on our website , that correspond with your professional profile. Even if you cannot find the right opportunity at the moment, no problem! Our recruiters will be on the lookout for job positions that match your profile and your expectations, so make sure you update your profile and show us your potential.

8. If I apply for a job, do I have to necessarily take it?

No. Do not worry. Applying for a job position has no strings attached and it does not carry any costs for candidates. You can withdraw from the recruitment process at any time. It is up to you.

9. Can I register even if I am located in a different country from the one of the job?

You can. At Adittec we also offer candidates the possibility of finding employment abroad. Furthermore, you can mark on your profile if you are interested in working abroad and which countries you are interested in. If the right opportunity will come up, our recruiters will notify you.

10. Do I receive a reward if I recommend your website to a friend?

If you send a link created with the help of our Refer to a friend form , and they register using this link and then get hired through us, we will reward you with a €200 Amazon Gift Card to thank you for your recommendation.

12.What should I do if a friend that I recommended for a job position that was posted on your website got hired but I did not receive the reward?

Send us an e-mail to info@adittec.si with your and your friend’s information (name, surname, address) and we will check whether your friend registered using the link that you created with the help of our Refer a friend form , and actually got hired through us. 13. What does the reward for employment mean?

We greatly appreciate that you chose to take such an important step as changing job with us. That is why will reward you for your trust in our work with a €100 Amazon Gift Card if you successfully land a job through us.

Landing a job through Adittec means that you sign an employment contract with an employer that you were directed to by us. People that are employed at Adittec or contractors that got engagements trough Adittec are not eligible to this reward.

5. Does our company have to pay to find personnel?

That is correct. Our website is not a job site where you just post your job opening and carry out the selection process yourselfPersonnel search and selection is one of the services that allows our clients to get to know better candidates on the market and employ only the best and most suitable candidates through a professionally executed recruitment process.
You also have the option of choosing another type of service, such as hiring temporary personnel or hiring a contractorpogodbenika, where we forward verified personnel to you to carry out work on a specific project or to meet temporary increases in demand for personnel.

6. Can we contact candidates directly even without Adittec knowing?

At Adittec we take a lot of care regarding the “positive user experiences” of our candidates, which is why we take on all communication with them during the recruitment process. Any unplanned communication between the client and the candidate can threaten the recruitment process and discourage the candidate from accepting the position. For example, the client does not know in what other selection processes the candidate may be involved and what their requirements for accepting the offer are, which is why a wrong approach can lead to the candidate losing interest in working for the company.

7. How to claim for the guarantee if we are not satisfied with the candidate or they left us prematurely?

Even after the recruitment process is successfully completed, we still stay in contact with both the company and with the candidate so we can monitor their success within your company. Signs that expectations have not been met, either on one side or both, begin to show from the very start, so we ask that you notify us regularly. Our recruiter will step in to communicate and try to clear up any issues where expectations do not correspond with reality. On the basis of this we will decide, together with you, whether it is sensible to terminate the contract between the company and candidate and start the selection process again.

You can also claim your guarantee if the candidate left their job position prematurely. The time frame of the guarantee is determined individually in each offer. Our consultant with go over the reasons for leaving with the candidate and advise you regarding a new selection process as well as improving conditions as to retain personnel.
In the event that the termination of the contract with the candidate occurred within the first ninety days of it being signed and you do not wish to carry out a new search and selection process, we will refund your money in full.
